Studio with Loft - Building 23 - Unit 2233

Our studio with loft condo is located oceanfront and has a beautiful unobstructed view of the ocean.  The loft area has a queen size bed, armoire and side table with hardwood floors.  The down stairs area has a full kitchen with all the amenities you would need to make your stay comfortable.  The living area has a queen size sofa bed, two chairs, ottoman, and dining table.  The lanai has a bar table and chairs, the perfect setting to watch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets.  During whale season, November through mid-April, on almost a daily basis you are able to see whales migrating in the channel.  The unit also offers a flat screen television, with dvd player, phone and internet hook up.  We are one of few units with a washer and dryer in the unit.  Beach supplies are also included in the unit, beach towels, chairs, boogie boards and ice chest.
